CCD visual calibration system

The laser scanner equipped with the welding machine will scan two locations on the welding structure to determine the welding path, and the signal from the scanner will correct the welding path of the torch. The control system receives the identification signal and, according to the size, guides the robot to track the scanning path through the laser scanner installed on the machine hand, so that the welding gun can complete the welding task.

CAM software

Through the customized computer-aided welding CAM ACT/WELD software can directly import the 3D model of the workpiece, the system directly generates the robot welding path, combined with the CCD visual calibration system, to achieve multi-variety, small batch customer needs.

Dust removal system

The standard high negative pressure dust removal device is used to capture the sub-micron welding dust and particles produced in the welding process to meet the indoor emission standards.
